Advanced approval workflows
Salesbuildr supports two approval modes: simple threshold-based Approval Rules and an Advanced Approval Workflow for rule-based multi-step, multi-approver flows, so margin guardrails scale with your sales team.

Thresholds on value, discount, markup, or ARR, plus category filters, keep standard deals moving while exceptions get review.
Multi-step chains when you need them
Ordered or unordered approval chains, including routing to the quote owner’s manager when Advanced Approval is enabled.

Quote Editor supports internal approval before the customer acts, plus advanced external multi-approver order.

Manage Approvals from the quote, Settings → Quotes → Approval Rules for configuration.

Advanced approval workflows are available on plans that include this capability. Approvals guide your internal quote process. They are not a substitute for legal e-signature enforceability.
