Pipeline you can filter, forecast, and drag forward
Work opportunities in list or swimlane (Kanban) views, with metrics on what you created, closed, and converted, while quote status maps into opportunity stages so forecasting stays tied to the proposal.

Why this step matters
List and swimlane views
Switch how you work the board; drag-and-drop stage changes for active opportunities.
Metrics that match the motion
Created/closed, conversion, recurring ARR, one-time revenue, and by-stage views, not a separate slide deck.
Quotes drive stages
Quote status maps to opportunity stages; one-time and recurring lines feed opportunity value with stage probability.
Create and import with your systems
Creating or importing opportunities needs a connected PSA (Autotask, ConnectWise, Halo) or HubSpot.

Do I Need a CRM Next to My PSA and Quoting Tool?
Not always. If most of your sales come from existing clients and quote-led deals, your PSA plus Salesbuildr covers the pipeline. Add a CRM such as HubSpot when marketing and new-business lead generation need their own home. Salesbuildr Pipeline isn’t a standalone CRM: opportunities are created or imported through a connected PSA or HubSpot.
Your PSA
Autotask, ConnectWise or Halo holds companies, contracts and delivery. Salesbuildr keeps companies, products and contracts aligned with it, and on approval you create the ticket or sales order from what was approved.
Salesbuildr
Catalog, quotes, proposals and approvals, plus the pipeline tied to those quotes: list and swimlane views, stages that follow quote status, and created, closed and conversion metrics.
A CRM, if you need one
HubSpot runs marketing and new-business deals. Companies, contacts and deals sync both ways, mapped stages follow, and the approved proposal lands on the HubSpot deal. HubSpot integration
Pipeline questions
Do I need a CRM next to my PSA and quoting tool?
Not always. If most of your sales come from existing clients and quote-led deals, your PSA plus Salesbuildr covers the pipeline: opportunities in list or swimlane views, stages that follow quote status, and metrics on what you created, closed and converted. Add a CRM such as HubSpot when you run marketing and new-business lead generation and want contacts, campaigns and deals in one system. Salesbuildr syncs with HubSpot both ways.
Is Salesbuildr a CRM?
Salesbuildr has a pipeline for opportunities tied to your quotes, but it isn’t a standalone CRM. Opportunities are created or imported through a connected PSA (Autotask, ConnectWise, Halo) or HubSpot. If you want a full CRM as your system of record, Salesbuildr integrates with HubSpot rather than replacing it.
Where do opportunities come from if I don’t use a CRM?
From your PSA. Connect Autotask, ConnectWise or Halo, and create or import opportunities from there. Quote status then moves the opportunity through its stages.
