Multi-language proposals
Sell across markets without rebuilding every proposal by hand. Salesbuildr separates customer-facing quote labels (localization profiles) from your written content (on-demand Microsoft Translator), and can let customers switch languages on the proposal.

Why MSP sales teams use it
Proposals in the customer’s language
Set a primary localization on templates and override Quote Language per deal before you send.
Override labels per market
Localization profiles customize buttons, headings, field labels, and acceptance-panel copy. Blank fields keep the default English label.
Customer language toggle
Add Translation Options so recipients can switch languages when viewing the proposal.
Translate your content on demand
Microsoft Translator covers widgets, product names/descriptions, and email subject/body. Merge fields like {{customerName}} stay intact.
In Salesbuildr
- Create localization profilesSettings → Quotes → Localizations → create a profile, pick a language (e.g. Nederlands, Français, Español), override the labels you care about.
- Assign on templatesSet a Primary localization on the quote template so new quotes inherit the right default.
- Set language on the quoteIn Quote settings, choose Quote Language; optionally add Translation Options for extra languages the customer can switch to.
- Translate custom contentUse Translate in the editor for widget/product/email content into the target language, then review before send. Changing Quote Language alone does not auto-translate.
Machine-translated proposal content should be reviewed before you send, especially technical or brand-specific wording.
