Simple or Advanced breakdown
Show term + monthly, or an advanced breakdown (leasing cost, down payment, final payment, adjusted lease amount, annual interest rate, terms, monthly payment).
MSP-configured rates and terms
Admins set annual rental rates by value range and lease period, flat/simple interest, not “bank APR theatre.”
In Salesbuildr
- Enable for the tenantLeasing is feature-flagged; an admin must enable and configure it before it appears on quotes.
- Configure in admin SettingsSet layout (Simple/Advanced), available periods, whether prices show for leasing items and monthly services/labor, and tiered rates by value × period.
- Enable on the quoteTurn on leasing, mark eligible products, add the Leasing summary widget.
- Customer chooses a termOn the proposal they select a term and see monthly payments from the flat-interest calculator.
Leasing is a Premium capability. It calculates lease payments on the proposal. Salesbuildr is not a lender or financing marketplace. An admin enables it for your account before it appears on quotes.
