Possibility language
  1. Prefer Claude / your agent in your Azure or tenant (BYO). Run the agent where you already control data, customer Azure / your tenant, so Salesbuildr does not need blanket access to mail, Teams, or calendar. Logos and names identify tools you might already use; they are not a partnership endorsement.
  2. Issue a Salesbuildr Public API key. In Salesbuildr (Admin): Settings → Integrations → API Key, create or regenerate the key, then send it as header api-key on /public-api. Public API must be enabled for the tenant. Learn more: Public API help · Integrations help. Spec: API reference. Interactive docs live on your tenant’s /public-api base.
  3. How Claude can talk to the API today. Use a custom tool or HTTP request that adds header api-key against your tenant /public-api, for example Claude Code, Claude.ai Projects with custom instructions + tools, or any HTTP-capable agent. Possibility language only; patterns vary by product surface.
  4. Hard rule: read / brief now. Use Claude to look up and summarize from CRM/CPQ truth. A human reviews before any customer send, no autonomous external send from these recipes.

Step-by-step Claude recipes for creating quotes or moving deals aren’t published here yet. Ask on a demo if you want that path. A person should still review before anything reaches a customer. Public API access is plan/feature-gated; respect tenant rate limits.
