Native PSA sync, with signed proposals attached
Connect Autotask, ConnectWise or Halo. Your draft quote creates and keeps the PSA opportunity and quote up to date, and on approval the signed proposal is attached as a PDF.
Why this step matters
Native Autotask, ConnectWise, Halo
Companies, contacts, products and services, opportunities, and contracts or agreements, mapped per PSA.
Accepted quotes continue into the PSA
Accepted quotes update the Autotask opportunity and quote; in ConnectWise you can push recurring services to agreements from the approved quote; and in HaloPSA they land as quotations.
One PSA per tenant
Integrations are exclusive: pick the PSA your tenant runs and Salesbuildr syncs with that one.
Issues you can see and retry
PSA sync issues surface under Settings → Tools → Issues when something needs attention.
What syncs with each PSA
Autotask
- Companies and contacts sync both ways, with real-time webhooks for changes made in Autotask.
- Opportunities sync both ways; changes made in Autotask show within about 15 minutes.
- Products, services and labour roles come from Autotask, mapped by category.
- Accepted quotes update the Autotask opportunity and quote, with every line visible; recurring services can go into a new or existing contract. A post-sale ticket and purchase order are created when you switch them on.
ConnectWise Manage
- Companies and contacts sync both ways, with real-time callbacks for changes made in ConnectWise.
- Opportunity stages sync both ways once you map them.
- Your product catalog and agreements come in from ConnectWise Manage.
- From the approved quote you can push recurring services to a new agreement or add them to an existing one, and create a fulfilment ticket.
HaloPSA
- Companies, sites and contacts sync both ways through Halo webhooks.
- Ticket-based opportunities sync both ways.
- Halo items come in with their category, mapped to product types by asset group.
- Accepted quotes land in Halo as quotations; contracts are read for whitespace.

In Salesbuildr
- Connect your PSAComplete Autotask, ConnectWise, or Halo setup for the tenant.
- Initial sync and ongoing updatesCompanies and contacts update in real time through your PSA’s webhooks or callbacks; other records follow each PSA’s sync schedule.
- Sell in SalesbuildrQuotes and opportunities stay linked while sellers propose.
- Approval and follow-upOn approval, the signed PDF is attached and the opportunity and quote are updated. You then create the sales order in Halo, the ticket in Autotask, or the agreement in ConnectWise from what was approved.
What updates in real time depends on the PSA. Autotask, for example, has no opportunity webhooks, so opportunity changes made in Autotask are picked up every 10 minutes and show in Salesbuildr within about 15 minutes.
Before you connect, known limits and fit
Before you connect
- Decide which system owns each kind of product: hardware, software, services and labour.
- List every opportunity stage and quote status you use, and what each should map to.
- Decide what acceptance should trigger: the quote and opportunity only, or also a contract or agreement, a ticket and purchase orders.
- Autotask: give every product category an Autotask billing code, and switch on webhooks for real-time company and contact changes.
- ConnectWise Manage: the API member needs a security role, but no extra ConnectWise license. Keep part numbers in the MPN field.
- HaloPSA: give every item a category, or it won’t sync.
Known limits
- One PSA per tenant. Records can’t be split across two PSAs.
- Autotask has no opportunity webhooks, so opportunity changes made in Autotask show within about 15 minutes.
- Autotask Service Bundles don’t sync; rebuild them as Salesbuildr bundles. Multi-select UDFs aren’t supported.
- Product edits or inactivations made in Autotask need a manual sync from Salesbuildr.
- ConnectWise Manage: unmapped stages don’t update, and mapping changes apply to future syncs only.
- HaloPSA: a price change on an existing Halo item comes over with the next import. Contracts are read for whitespace and not pushed back.
A good fit if you…
- run Autotask, ConnectWise Manage or HaloPSA, with HubSpot as an option for your pipeline;
- want accepted quotes to update the PSA without re-keying;
- quote recurring services together with one-off hardware, software and projects;
- want company and contact changes in both systems within minutes;
- want sync issues listed in one place, under Settings → Tools → Issues, with a retry.
Running another PSA, such as SuperOps? Connect it through the Salesbuildr API.
Record-by-record detail, including what doesn’t sync, is in what syncs between MSP quoting and your PSA.
Which MSPs run Salesbuildr PSA sync today?
- IMS Solutions Group: average sales cycle from 92 days to about 10 on Autotask
- Nostra: proposals from half a day to a couple of minutes, no re-keying into Autotask
- Urban Network: fixed Autotask sync errors; 12 to 15 templates cover about 90% of the business
- TCA Telecom and IT: 225 deals closed in six months after moving off Word and Excel
- PGH Networks: ConnectWise Manage catalog cleaned up; quoting within days, fully cut over within a week
PSA sync questions
Is there a tool that offers real-time integration with PSA systems for MSPs?
Yes. Salesbuildr integrates natively with Autotask, ConnectWise Manage and HaloPSA. Company and contact changes arrive in real time through webhooks or callbacks, usually within 1–2 minutes, and accepted quotes go straight back to the PSA. Other records follow each PSA’s sync schedule; for example, opportunity changes made in Autotask show within about 15 minutes.
Which PSA records update in real time?
Companies and contacts, in all three PSAs: through webhooks in Autotask and HaloPSA, and callbacks in ConnectWise Manage, usually within 1–2 minutes. HaloPSA also sends opportunity status changes by webhook. Opportunity changes made in Autotask show within about 15 minutes.
What happens in my PSA when a client accepts a quote?
In Autotask, the opportunity and the Autotask quote are updated, with every line item visible, and you can create a recurring service contract or add services to an existing one; a post-sale ticket and purchase order are created if you switch them on. In ConnectWise Manage, the opportunity is updated with the quote lines; from the approved quote you can push recurring services to a new agreement or add them to an existing one, and create a fulfilment ticket. In HaloPSA, it lands as a quotation with its attachments.
When does a new product appear in my PSA?
When you first add it to a proposal. A product from a distributor feed or your Salesbuildr catalog isn’t created in your PSA when you add it to the catalog; it syncs the first time it’s added to a proposal. You can also push a product to your PSA manually from the product in the Salesbuildr catalog.
Can I connect more than one PSA?
No. Integrations are exclusive: pick the PSA your tenant runs and Salesbuildr syncs with that one.
Can I connect another PSA or tool, such as SuperOps?
Salesbuildr has native integrations with Autotask, ConnectWise Manage, HaloPSA and HubSpot. Other tools can be connected through the Salesbuildr API. The API reference lists the entities the API exposes and the webhooks you can subscribe to.
